If your voucher includes document review, use the channel specified by the practice. Documents are sent directly to Juan, never to BonosPremium; if you send them before the appointment, do so at least 24 hours in advance.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Vouchers cover one consultation for one person and one matter. They are valid for 3 months from purchase and allow one appointment change with at least 24 hours' notice.
They do not include emergencies, urgent deadlines, court representation, negotiations with third parties or drafting legal documents. Additional work requires a separate quotation. Always read the full terms of your offer.
BEFORE TAKING THE NEXT STEP
Yes. The practice provides 24-hour criminal legal assistance. To discuss an arrest, a summons or a step in criminal proceedings, call 628 89 03 66. Routine consultations are by appointment.
Yes. Let us know your preference when you get in touch. The format is agreed according to the matter and availability. Legal Plus voucher consultations are in person unless the practice agrees otherwise.
You can ask about fees before confirming your appointment. If you are using a BonosPremium voucher, check the scope and terms of the relevant offer.
Select ‘I have a voucher’ when preparing your message. The practice will explain how to complete the preliminary form and request an appointment. This initial contact does not activate or redeem your voucher.
For your first contact, simply tell us what the matter concerns. The practice will then explain which documents are needed and how to send them.
