The form creates a message on your device using your chosen area of law and consultation format. It does not send those selections to a database on this website. You review and send the message through your email app or WhatsApp. You can also call directly.
Once you send it, the practice receives the information you include and uses it to respond to your request and, where appropriate, arrange a consultation or prepare to undertake legal work. Your request provides the basis for these steps before entering into a contract; if you engage our services, the basis will be performance of the engagement and applicable legal obligations.
For your first contact, simply tell us what kind of help you need. Before sending documents relating to proceedings, agree with the practice which documents are needed and how to send them. A message alone does not confirm an appointment, activate a voucher or formally engage the practice.
Browsing and service providers
Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure process the technical data needed to deliver the pages and protect the service, such as your IP address and request data. Security processing is based on the legitimate interest in keeping the website available and protected. We have not added advertising tools. Social networks, WhatsApp, maps and BonosPremium are accessed through external links. Their providers process data under their own policies when you use those services. Retention and your rights
Communications are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where there is an engagement or a retention obligation, for the periods applicable to that relationship and any potential liabilities.
